We established in 2003 and have been recruiting into solely the Customer Contact industry since then. Experiencing rapid growth and development we were approached in 2008 by Pertemps Network Group who were hoping to add a Customer Contact recruiter to their portfolio of businesses.

With the formal backup and support of a £1billion group, yet still being allowed to remain independent we have the best of both worlds – big enough to have the support of corporate compliance and governance, small enough to move and adapt to changing situations.
