Job Description
We Are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational Sales Team Manager to lead our clients highly successful team, who provide an excellent financial service to their customers.
The Successful Candidate will be tasked with leading a team of Sales Specialists to deliver and exceed sales targets and drive a great sales culture within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure achievement of targets
● Maintain quality assurance checks for each team member ensuring compliance and consistency
● Deliver daily sales meetings to inspire, motivate and set daily sales targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets
● Create a strong sales culture within the sales teams and business
● Ensuring team queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
● Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working
● Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team, always leading by example
● Collect, organise, and analyse sales data to generate insights and track KPIs
● Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
● Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
● Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes
● Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards
● Lead recruitment to identify future sales talent
Key Experience / Skills Required:
● Driven, ambitious and confident leader, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve sales results
● A Passionate sales coach with a strong desire to improve and coach their team
● An excellent communicator at all levels, demonstrating the ability to deal with challenging conversations
● A positive can-do attitude, resilient and self motivated
● Experience of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
● Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity
