Cactus Search are delighted to be working with a multi award winning organisation, that is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their Operational Excellence function.
The Change Manager will be responsible for delivering a wide range of projects and change initiatives across the business, including digital transformation for both internal and external programmes.
You will manage different project lifecycles across the service operation and deliver these workstreams in line with strategic and corporate objectives.

What we are looking for from you…
- Strong communicator, with the ability to engage, collaborate and take people on a journey to deliver meaningful business change.
- Strong experience in different change methodology. Fore example, Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Experience of working on digital projects/change initiatives.
- Good stakeholder engagement, with the ability to engage at a variety of levels.
