Job Description
We are working with one of the leaders in their field to find a field based Key Account Manager for their Car Park Tech & Monitoring business.
** This role is remote but you need to be based in South East / South Coast / East London **
This role requires someone who is used to leading field based accounts. You will have a background of driving large accounts and sales efforts and will be adept at growing revenue from current accounts and landing new ones. Your experience in relationship building will be strong and managing commercial and contractual relationships will be evident in your past.
Package is 50k + 5k car allowance + bonus which is uncapped with a very realistic OTE of c20k paid monthly based on retention and growth of existing sites and onboarding of new ones.
You will be a natural go getter, with energy and enthusiasm to land the deal. Your responsibilities in role will include:

- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting large businesses with multiple sites needing car park technology and monitoring services.
- Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand their parking management requirements.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to define value propositions and tailor compelling proposals for enterprise clients.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment of parking management solutions across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral that resonate with enterprise clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Retain a portfolio of Key Accounts based in Southern England.
